Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it ships.

Shipping is 100% free across the US. No hidden fees, ever.

5. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update your address. Just contact us as soon as possible.

6. What’s your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. No stress, just email us and we’ll help.

7. How do I start a return?

Email our support team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you from there.

8. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please send us a photo and your order number within 5 days of delivery. We’ll replace it or offer a full refund.

9. Are your products safe for newborns?

Yes — every item is carefully curated and meets US safety standards. Baby-safe, parent-approved.

10. Are your products machine washable?

Most are! Check the product page for care instructions. We keep things low-maintenance by design.

11. Can I cancel or edit my order?
